Hi! I'm coming to you late this week because this past weekend was my birthday weekend. My daughter visited and we did so many fun things! One thing we did was go to a cooking class at Sur La Table. The class was called Chef's Table and we learned how to cook scallops correctly, make risotto and dress a fennel salad. We also made small chocolate soufflés!
